We are a meeting place for young talents and music lovers of all ages. The music school lays the foundation for a lifelong relationship with music and an open approach to music and culture.

At the music school you will find dedicated teachers in all instruments and musical styles. Our success story is audible and visible in the orchestras, choirs, ensembles and courses as well as in youth music competitions and recordings at music academies.

In the following subjects, classes can be started promptly after a short waiting period: Recorder and Clarinet. There is currently no waiting list for harp. 

In our STANDARD PROGRAMME, music students of all ages can enjoy the full range of programmes offered by the municipal music school. In addition to vocal or instrumental lessons with outstanding teachers, this includes the opportunity to actively participate in ensembles and performance groups.
 
In our ADVANCED PROGRAMME I (Talent Factory), particularly ambitious students receive extra offers in the area of supplementary subjects (e.g. music theory, ear training and sight-singing) as well as more teaching time in the main subject in order to further develop and deepen their skills and interests.
 
In the ADVANCED PROGRAMME II (PreCollege), particularly talented students who are aiming to study music at our vocational academy or at another university have the opportunity to prepare for the requirements of an entrance examination over a period of two years. They receive full support and encouragement from the academy team.  
 
In all of our activities, it is important to us that the various age and ability levels interact through artistic project work.
