Student representation, liaison teacher & teacher representation

The Student representation is an important organ of student self-administration. In addition to organising social and cultural activities, it assumes essential responsibility for representing student interests in the Academy's committees. It is elected by the students once a year as part of a student assembly. Appointments with the SV can be arranged by appointment in the following time slots:

The Liaison teacher is elected by the student assembly. The lecturer is the first point of contact for students with academic and private problems and offers unbureaucratic and confidential advice.

The Teacher representation of the music school and the vocational academy represents the interests of the teaching staff in the academy's committees. The representatives elected from among the teaching staff are a confidential and advisory point of contact for teachers' concerns.

The Advisory Board for Evaluation and Study Development accompanies the evaluation processes of the University of Cooperative Education at the Akademie für Tonkunst in an advisory capacity. It supports the continuous development of quality in studies and teaching as well as in the organisational framework conditions of study operations and brings in the perspectives of the Director of Studies, teaching, administration and students. The evaluation procedures are organised by the Representative for Evaluation and Study Development prepared, coordinated and supported in terms of content.
