Born in 1964 in Wiesbaden. Started piano lessons at the age of seven at the Wiesbaden Conservatory. Studied piano at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe and elementary music at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Heidelberg-Mannheim. Since 1991 teacher of piano and music theory at the Akademie für Tonkunst Darmstadt.
Personal teaching focus: Early start of piano lessons (at the age of four to six), simultaneous start of music theory lessons and chamber music lessons as soon as possible.
