At the age of 8, flute lessons at the Kleve Music School (Lower Rhine) with Bela Lajos, first flutist of the Philharmonia Hungarica. Participation in the competition
"Youth makes music" at state and national level with flute in solo and ensemble competition. At the age of 15 she began her pre-professional training in music. From 1982 to 1988 she studied music and education at the Folkwang Hochschule Essen, majoring in flute with Andre Sebald. Graduated with the 1st state examination.
1989-1991 postgraduate studies in instrumental pedagogy at the Akademie für Tonkunst in Darmstadt.1983-1991 teaching at the Kleve Music School,
1990 Teaching position at the Heidelberg-Dossenheim Music School,
